INBars from @InBalanceHealt #Review
I am sitting here thinking of a way to start this post. But when it comes to health there is no good way to start the talk. So I will just dive right in.
I was contacted by Inbalance Health Corp (sponsor) and was asked if I would like to try their INBar. Knowing that I watch what I eat and that I am watching my weight they thought I would enjoy them. So they sent me a few.
InBar was created to help people manage weight. It works by minimizing blood sugar spikes and were made with Type 2 Diabetics in mind. It is made with out any artificial sweeteners, and full of organic and gluten free goodness. I received two bars to try, and of course I had to go for the mint. I am usually afraid to try bars like these because they normally have this weird chalky taste. These did not have that at all! They were sweet, minty and full of chocolate goodness (ok so a healthy full of chocolate goodness). This was also made with Mulberries which is slowly becoming known as a superfood for diabetes.
The other flavor that I didn't get a chance to try is the Cherry Chocolate. I am going to assume it tasted as good as the mint with a cherry taste. But, my son hijacked it and it was gone before I knew it. I am guessing that means it is that good.
These were really nice to grab on the go since my breakfast eating habits are oh so healthy (as in I rarely eat breakfast). I may have to check around and see if any of our area small town/city has these bars.
