Snacks that are good for you, gluten free, and taste great are a major bonus in our house! And recently I have added Boulder Canyon Natural Foods to my lists of must buy!
Boulder Canyon started in 1994 with making natural Kettle Cooked potato chips. They are slow cooked in a kettle with sunflower or safflower oil. Once cooked to perfection they add distinctive flavors! Here is more to expect

Now what isn't to love about that! They have some Vegetable Chips and some made from Adzuki Beans and then of course your natural Kettle Chips. The flavors are truly amazing from Red Wine Vinegar Kettle Chips to Sour Cream & Chive Vegetable chips. You are sure to find something you like! We were able to try 2 of their flavors:
First the Vegetable Crisps. We received the Hearty Cheddar and let me say that is a good name for it! With a blend of 12 vegetables, this snack is full of flavor! My daughter loved these and so did I! I don't think we gave anyone else a chance to try them.
Then we tried the Totally Natural Kettle Cooked. These chips were AMAZING! They went quickly! They were light on salt and heavy on flavor (in a good way)! They were perfect for dipping in our favorite dip and enhanced the flavor of it perfectly! I am hooked on these!

So over the past few weeks I have been a part of a Touch Product Treasure Hunt from Good Cook. As being a part of that Treasure Hunt I received some products to try out!
Good Cook was launched in 1987. They offer you a wide range of cooking products that are high in quality but affordable.
The Touch products that are available are truly amazing. They stainless steel turners, and slotted spoons, some nice kichen shears, a potato masher, a meat tenderizer, a nice pizza cutter I could go on!
My favorite product I received though- was the Apple Wedger. This tool has been a huge time saver for me! My kids will eat apples whole and uncut, but they end up wasting a lot so I normally cut them. Which is fine, but on mornings where I was trying to make their lunches and my lunch, it was a bit of a pain. This is easy to use. Just put over the apple, push down and presto- perfect wedges for your kids! I loved this! I use it daily!
It is made with stainless steel blades that will cut and core apples and pears. The black handles are sturdy and ergonomical. And my favorite- easy to clean and dishwasher safe!

I love dishes that are from the Asia area. Ok, well Chinese and Korean because that is all I have had until recently. Thanks to Thai Kitchen I was introduced to a whole new flavor that I just love!
Thai Kitchen is committed to making the most authentic Thai food. They are also committed to providing the best experience any time, any where, with out compromising quality. I love that! At Thai Kitchen you will find fresh, natural ingredients that are selected at harvest for the quality and flavor. My favorite is that they care about their consumers to a point- they provide a chart to go over dietary restrictions. So if you have a peanut allergy, dairy allergy or a gluten allergy, you can find which products are safe for you in one easy location! When I went through the list I was amazed at how easy it was to read, but one thing stood out to me. All but maybe 5 products were marked as Gluten Free!
I received a nice sample pack of Organic Coconut Milk, Brown Rice Noodles, Premium Fish Sauce, Thai Chili and Ginger Sauce, and Green Curry Paste.
First thing first- was the Fish Sauce. This can be used in a recipe such as their Red Curry Shrimp and Vegetables or as a simple dipping sauce. I had just made my first attempt at fried fish a few weeks ago and had some frozen. I miss being able to use Malt Vinegar so I thought I would give this a try. Oh my goodness! It was a perfect replacement for Malt Vinegar! I was in love and thrilled because that was one thing I thought I would NEVER find a replacement for!
Next I cooked up some Brown Rice Noodles. These come and perfect individual sized sealed packages with in a box. So you can pull out what you need and keep the rest sealed and fresh! They were easy to cook and since I couldn't eat them plain I used my Thai Chili and Ginger Sauce.... Wow! I think I may found my next favorite thing to Sweet and Sour Sauce. It had a bit of sweet but then the spice hit you! My kids thought it was to spicy but I loved it! I haven't had a chance to try out the other ingredients but I did notice they have a lot of recipes on their site to help you out!

I love this jacket. I have had a few chances to wear it. Once was during a track meet for my kids. The jacket fit me perfectly and kept me nice and warm from the wind that we were contending with. Then just Sunday we were out fishing and at a BBQ when the wind suddenly picked up and it started raining. This did a great job just shredding the water away and again with keeping me warm. I also love the color, I went with Navy because well- I love blue! Another favorite feature is the roll up hood. It tucks under the coller so that it isn't in the way if you do not need it, but it comes undone easily for when you do.

We love a good healthy snack. But so much out there is processed and full of extra stuff not needed.

We received a box full of goodies to try out. In it was their Pretzels, Fig Newmans, Newman-O's (oreo type cookie), Dried fruit, chocolate bars, chocolate cups, some Licorice and more! My daughter and I really enjoyed the chocolate cups, those were our favorites, and the chocolate bars. Popcorn was a good runner up! My husband and son ate the gluten filled items. There favorite was the licorice (i was bad and tried one and could see why!) and the pretzels. But really everything had amazing taste and was an amazing quality!
